Led Lights  Halogens are the elements fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine, astatine; these form group seven (VIIA) of the periodic table. They are all non-metals and strongly electronegative. The krypton bulb is an improvement on the ordinary light bulb. Most modern bulbs contains argon and nitrogen. This gas pressure pushes some of the tungsten atoms back to the filament.

I'd rather have my bulbs producing 1150 lumens instead of 850, how 'bout you? So now, where do these legal blue bulbs fit on our 850 to 1150 lumen range? It's not possible to say without access to bulb-performance data usually considered proprietary by bulb manufacturers. Most such circuits produce unacceptable voltage drop. This way, we can bring full current to the headlamps, with virtually no voltage drop, even if we choose to install power-hungry overwattage headlamp bulbs. A relay is simply an electrically-operated switch. On headlamp sockets, the terminal designations are as follows (not shown in diagram): 56a is the high beam feed. The two systems use some of the same markings for different functions. While hid bulbs last considerably longer than halogen bulbs, you should be aware of several characteristics that indicate that a bulb is approaching the end of its lifespan.
